Calogic, LLC, a privately held company, was formed in March 2001 to purchase certain assets of the former Calogic Corporation located in Fremont, CA, which was owned by Sipex Corporation. Calogic has retained the intellectual property and full rights to the processes of the JFET, DMOS, CMOS and Dielectrically Isolated technologies products. The company continues to operate out of the Fremont facility located at 237 Whitney Place, Fremont, CA 94539.
